Hey! Would you be interested? You should TOTALLY join us! Mallory is going to do it too, and Sarah says she is going to train with us but is not convinced about the marathon. The more the merrier! Anyway, it's 26.2 miles, and the training is four runs per week, gradually working up. We are following the plan in the book.

Ok so Lisa you have to keep me posted on when you are starting your training because I seriously want to join you. Im not joking, it would be a good goal for me health wise. I have been feeling a little down about my inadequate working out and think that having something that I am working towards would give me a reason to do it. When are you starting?
