Well, I can't say much for Blade, the first was good (or, um, as good as movies like this typically are), and is the only one I have seen, but I love the Underworld films.

I still haven't seen the first Blade, but I hear it's better than Blade 2. Blade: Trinity is also better than the second of the series.
